Online grand Christmas auction ends 12th Dec

Due to COVID the Christmas auction has a different approach this year

The online grand Christmas auction has now been launched and will be up and running until midnight on 12th December. Due to social distancing we cannot have our usual auction in the hall so we have moved everything online. You can bid on any item from the comfort of your own armchair and snap up a bargain in time for Christmas, and if you win, you can pay online too.

Some of the LOTS include: A Weekend for 4 at a Laudale Estate Cottage, dinner for 2 or Sunday lunch for 4 at the Kilcamb Lodge Hotel, a half day photography tuition for 1 (Steven Marshall), venison hampers, goody bags of home made baking and sweets, John Tyldesley’s legendary mince pies, a meal voucher for Bothy bar & restaurant, activity vouchers for boat trips(Ardnamurchan Charters) a family canoe trip(Source2Sea), open water swimming tuition (Swim Highland) , B&B and hotel accommodation vouchers at the Ariundle Lodge, Strontian Hotel and Lea Cottage, loch fishing from Ardtornish Estate, hand made local crafts and a selection of Brenda’s beautiful home baked shortbread and Morag’s famous tablet–you can’t afford to miss out………and remember, even if you don’t want to bid on an item yourself you can come into Oakwood and bid on an item there, or you can at least share the link on social media in case your friends might want to bid for an item–go on take a look, snap up a unique Christmas present and raise money for a local charity.
