Venue: Strontian Village Hall
This year’s AGM will be an opportunity to hear about the work Sunart Community Company has been doing on behalf of the community, the progress made across our projects and what’s planned for the coming year.
We’ll be sharing updates on some of our key projects, including the Dualchas Heritage Centre, Longrigg Community Woodland and Craft Hub & Men’s Shed, as well as other activities across Sunart.
The formal AGM will include an overview of the year’s activities, presentation of the annual accounts and election of Directors.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks and cake will be provided, and we hope you’ll come along for a chat and find out more about the work happening across Sunart.
Proposed Changes to the Articles of Association
We also propose some revisions to the Articles of Association, which will be presented to members at the AGM:
Clause 29: To increase the total number of Directors from 14 to 15.
Clause 32.1: To increase the number of Directors from 9 to 12.
Clause 34: To update the Company’s registered address.
